Thanks to the health network supplied by the state and the private entrepreneurs, quality medical service is available in Muğla city and Marmaris. In both Marmaris and Muğla there is one state and one private hospital. For smaller incidents there are health centres in Gokova and Akyaka supplying a 24 hour service. The 112 state emergency service supplies the requesters with a 24 hour ambulance service free of charge. The fully equipped ambulances with doctor await enquiries in their emergency base located at the big junction between Gokova and Akyaka ( 4 miles from the complex). As well as these, there are private doctors working in and around the area.
